Namaste, everyone!

I, Vidhu Chaudhary, am an international student from India pursuing a Master of Computing (Advanced) program at the College of Engineering and Computer Science, Australian National University. I am elated to announce my candidacy for the post of College of Engineering & Computer Science (CECS) Officer (Coursework) in the upcoming PARSA Elections.

My guiding principle is, “There is no special ingredient!” and I firmly believe that all of us have the ability to make a meaningful impact in society. My previous leadership experience as a mentor in GirlScript Foundation and LeanInwithVidhu has aided me immensely in developing an understanding of the needs and requirements of my peers.

I am willing to become a representative for the students to assist them in proposing their opinions and needs to the college and bring new opportunities for them. As a member of the PARSA team, I will take initiative to make our study experience at ANU more enjoyable and rewarding. Being a student at CECS, it is essential that we all excel not only in our academics but also incorporate important qualities in our persona to better prepare ourselves for future careers. In order to make the most out of the learning experience at ANU, I will host interactive professional and social events so that all of us can develop strong network connections and work on our personality development skills. I will proactively contribute to PARSA and advocate for CECS students to take action in their best interests.

As a new student at ANU, PARSA has provided assistance and guidance to me in moments of need and now, it is my chance to give back to the association by helping other students.
